"Nice, clean and quiet property. The best part was the breakfast. We were surprised to see that everything was made to order and not a typically buffet morning breakfast. And all of it tasted really good. "

"The only criticism i have is too late for booking in and on a personal note i think 08:30 is a little late for breakfast. Beside that i found the place fantastic. Great accommodation and friendly staff and ideally situated for exploring the lake district."

"Lovely place to stay in Grasmere, the bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was super clean and looked completely brand new with some great toiletries. Just a super relaxing stay."

"Really nice people, good location, good breakfast"

"Link House is a welcoming beautifully located place to stay. Peter and Katie have created a warm and attentive atmosphere. They have an eye for detail and excel in hosting. The whole house was wonderfully clean, tastefully decorated and comfy. Breakfasts were lovely too! We definitely recommend a stay at Link House if heading to the Keswick area. "
