"This is a wonderful hotel that could not be any more convenient to the Lima airport. The staff were very well trained, great customer service and attention. The breakfast was fabulous. Our suite was well appointed and very well insulated from outside noise. The only negative that we had was that the bed was incredibly hard. Made use of the spa services and the pool area. Again, all staff that we encountered we’re very quick to greet and offer assistance."

"The hotel is beautiful, super clean, and has a great breakfast; but what stands out is the staff. From the housekeeper, reception, servers, and doormen. Especially the doormen/ security. They are so friendly and helpful. I’m a solo female traveler, and they were by far the kindest. Always giving me suggestions on what to see, asking if I had a good time sight seeing, and just being super kind. I would absolutely stay again and would recommend anyone else to do the same."

"I have to give kudos to Mr Diego, working at the front check in desk. Mr Diego is friendly, courteous and answered all my questions.
Due to business, I had to extend my stay an additional day, Mr Diego help me and made the process easy.
This is my second stay at the Sheraton. Next time I’m back in Lima, I will definitely consider staying at the Sheraton again."
