I arrived late at night and left the next day so didn't have a chance to get to know the property, but the management team went out of their way to be helpful, even calling a cab.

Was so much better then I thought

Stayed for 5 days I didn’t need much but when I asked for help with ac unit it’s was received right away extra towels was given and they were kind to my friends service dog .. overall it’s was nice clean safe rooms were nice lobby was clean parking was secured I would stay again .. close to everything I needed

The hotel rooms are terrific: updated, very pleasant, quiet (i was on third floor in back). They forgot to clean my room while i was gone, and that was just fine with me. Room has good coffee, and a safe large enough for my computer and camera lenses when i was not in the room. The neighborhood is sketchy. The first evening i was there, homeless folks hanging out in the neighborhood, but that's L.A. these days. I was glad I stayed there. Low cost for the quality of the room. Not sure I'd want one of my female children to stay there alone.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The quality of the hotel room was solid. Rooms are very modern and the beds are comfortable. The only disappointing thing was the two homeless folks blocking the entrance and exits to the hotel from the parking garage in the middle of the night. The walls are not sound proof so bring some earplugs, you can hear your neighbors opening/closing their doors. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great location & customer service

Had a great time staying here. The room we were given was quite & spacious. Check in to check out was a breeze guy who checked us in was very nice & patient. I absolutely loved the location of the hotel, it too was close to a lot of good restaurants & all the activities we planned for our trip. Shower was really nice too, good pressure & even had a option to do rain drops from ceiling shower head. Maid service was very attentive as well - super thankful for them.

Nice stay close to Vermont/Beverly

Very convenient location right next to the Vermont/Beverly station. Even though it is so close to the main streets, it's not too noisy (the noise may come from your neighbors though; my second night was disturbed by a loud conversation next door at 2,3 am.....). The room and bathroom are both very clean and look modern. BTW, cable TV includes HBO!

This was a good place to stay: clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance of the location for which we were in town. Relatively safe, though I'd avoid walking alone at night. The surrounding block seems to attract quite a few homeless, probably due to the Metro station. BTW, the hotel is still not serving breakfast "due to COVID" (time to restart that service, guys...).

Muy buena experiencia y el hotel se ve muy bien con las remodelaciones. lo único malo fue un inconveniente con una persona fuera del hotel y ajena a este que no se movía de la entrada del parqueo y alegaba que quisimos atropellarla. Fuera de eso todo estuvo muy bien.
