It feels like a safe place to stay. Clean and relatively secluded. The door has a draft guard underneath and it makes the door hard to open and shut. Bring your own towel. I wouldn't use the towels provided to dry my dog! My daughter was covered in fuzz after using one. They are also tiny and stained. All in all, a safe, comfortable place to sleep. Nothing more, nothing less.

The rooms are clean. Bed sheets, towels, etc but there was women’s hair on the bathroom floor and shower (which was a bit gross). The property overall does need some TLC but overall is decent for the price.
