The staff and service deserve 0 stars if possible. Absolutely rude and the level of inconvenience we experience was top tier. don’t expect any level of friendliness from the staff, you’ll be disappointed.

I love the vibe of the hotel. The staff at check in were SO AWESOME AND HELPFUL! I had read several terrible reviews and was leary about staying here but it was fine. We were here for a concert at SOFI and it was the closest hotel and very walkable and safe to the stadium. The surrounding area isn’t great and there’s not any food close by (except the hotel restaurant which was good!)—but these aren’t the fault of the hotel, I’m just adding for context. Pool was awesome—the lounge chairs are like what you’d find in a VIP area in Vegas. I’d stay again!

Location was convenient to SoFi Stadium was less then 10min walk. Room was nice Got a twin queen room and my daughter found blonde hairs from previous guest on one of her bed sheets which tells me they didn’t change the sheets. She doesn’t have blonde hair by the way, non of us do. So make sure to check the bed sheets and pillow cases

Loved our stay at this beautiful property. Clean, Clean and did I say clean….. the heated pool and hot tub was amazing and the staff were very friendly always making sure the towels were full and walked around making sure everyone was having a good time. Checking in was a bit confusing, once you book you still had to register at the hotel and the system didn’t want to accept my ID when uploading to system but eventually it was accepted. Ten you are sent a code to use for entering the lobby and your room which was nice because it felt safe but wish I would have know when booking. Parking was also a bit of a hassle and had to pay $35 for the night but they also have hourly parking available if you need to. We also loved the restaurant right at the property which was a very nice touch plus food was tasty.

Although our door lock wasn’t cooperating for 2 days, the night shift lady was really nice. She handled the situation perfectly and was able to fix it every time. I would gladly come back to this location to book again! I would also recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
