The first room assigned had a very strong smoke smell. We had requested non-smoking! The second room was clean and clear of smoke smell. The bed was comfortable. Ground floor room was on the freeway side of the building, but noise was not a problem.NO COFFEE in room.

I absolutely recommend Vagabond Inn in Hacienda Heights, CA!! The people at the front desk will greet you and welcome you with a smile. Everyone is professional and efficient. It was such a fast and easy process to check in. Housekeeping service are friendly and professional as well! Vagabond Inn in Hacienda Heights is the place to stay!

I had to cancel my reservation last minute, so I called the hotel to notify them. I knew my reservation was nonrefundable, but the hotel staff advised me to call Expedia to inquire about a refund anyway. So I did and was issued a complete refund! That was totally unexpected and I appreciate the hotel staff for the advise! Thank you Vagabond Inn!!!

It was not good unfortunately the price is decent, the guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful. But the room was very old, the carpet was not clean, there were roaches in the shower and the lock was broken. Ofc I wasn’t going to complain because I figured I was getting what I paid for.

There was mold around the shower tub, the bed boxspring was broken which made it very uncomfortable. There were blood stains or some type of red stains on the sheets. I have any issues in the past and have complained, but this will be the absolute last time that I’ve stayed there.
