"Honestly...it's a nice brand, but the furnishings are really tired. Overall though, it's a nice hotel. I feel the italianate details are half-baked. The interior needs a makeover while keeping the look. It's also a tough site...far nicer hotel than the gas stations and strip mall trash around it. "

"This was an excellent stay and I was impress with how friendly the staff was overall. The housekeeping services these ladies were excellent. The transport by Lexus shuttle those guys were excellent also. The checking encounter absolutely excellent. It was clear that there are some staffing challenges, but none of them were oral to my stay. Also, Yes, need to also be willing to be patient because this exist everywhere. There is always an opportunity for improvement, but we are make small errors....
