"The whole experience was so amazing. Every single person was so helpful, patient, and kind. Everyone was more than happy to help. The lobby staff were also beyond accommodating from the moment we arrived. The property is gorgeous, and makes it feel like you’re in a small town. The pools are all clean and have plenty of seating areas for tanning/lounging. The food was also so good. We altered between the restaurant options: Italian, Chinese, and Seafood (one open per night) and the buffet. There was genuinely something for everyone. The buffet also had themed nights for the dinner portions. We ended up going to the BBQ night and the Mexican night (our fave). It’s also very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for relaxation and unwinding. There are bars all over the property, so you’re never too far from a good time. The beach was a minute walk from our room, and felt private despite being open to the public. Our room was clean and comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. Someone comes to change the towels and clean once a day. It was a wonderful experience and I’d recommend it to anyone. We will definitely be back!! Thank you BlueBay!!"
