"Beautiful location, gorgeous pool and beach setting. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff (pool entertainments was especially fun!). Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Would stay here again!"

"I gave my trip 3 stars for a few reasons. To start, when we arrived, we were in a rush to make it to our sailboat excursion and needed our luggage as quickly as possible. We were assured that our bags had already been delivered to the room, but on the way there, I noticed they were still sitting in the lobby. Had we not seen and grabbed them ourselves, we would have been late to our excursion. Additionally, the room was extremely cold upon arrival — around 65°F. I adjusted the AC before leaving, hoping the temperature would normalize by the time we returned, but the room was just as cold, if not colder. I ended up having to contact my butler to resolve the issue. I also reached out to the butler to request Gatorade be sent to our room because we were feeling motion sick after the boat excursion. It cost $8 USD, but when we returned to the room, it was not there because it had been delivered to the wrong room. Lastly, the hair straightener provided in the room was not fully charged and did not have enough battery to finish straightening my hair I feel that attention to detail is what truly defines a luxury resort, and unfortunately, that level of care felt lacking during my stay. But I will say, food was great, the spa was fantastic (shout out to Rocio for giving me a fantastic holistic massage), and the report was very beautiful. But I am not sure if I will be back for the reasons mentioned before"

"Stay was okay elevator was broken , food was fair have had better , didn't like that a bed was up by a window people would walk by and was quiet noisy. Was pretty dated in Decor . Couch folded into a bed it was pretty well used and dirty with some sort of stains and not very comfortable."

"I LOVE Pueblo Bonito, especially Los Cabos Blanco. I have stayed here several times and will always come back!! Most of the staff is very friendly and professional. The food is great, plenty of options between the 3 Pueblo Bonito hotels and the beach is the best!"

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Our room, although not overly luxurious, was clean, well equipped, well maintained, and the bed was comfortable . The common areas are impeccable clean and nicely equipped. This resort has three pools, two more family oriented, and one adult only. All were perfectly clean, clear, and staffed with many friendly food and drink waiters. The dining options are plentiful and the quality of food was good. We participated liked the Italian and Japanese restaurants that were onsite. The buffet was a great alternative for a quick breakfast. The thing that set this resort apart from others was the professionalism and friendliness of its staff. The front desk, staffed by Hector, Bogart, and Isaac were very helpful when my wife asked to be accommodated with a room change (she wanted a better view). The concierge staff of Diana, Roberto, and Gabriel were helpful in helping facilitate our tour and suggesting options for local dining and attractions. Julian and Pedro at the Adult pool bar did a great job keeping everyone happy with their drink and food orders. Sara from the Italian restaurant was a lovely waitress and host. And Romero the bell boy did a fantastic job facilitating us checking in And checking out with our luggage and shuttle service. We look forward to returning for another stay."
