"This resort was amazing! The most amazing part was a staff! 10 out of 10 for sure! I want to give a personal shout out to the following staff members who helped me my entire trip from me losing my charger, and not having a proper backup one, to needing transportation, to needing support around the resort to everything else! "Ronald and Marco were incredibly kind and attentive, taking care of all our needs throughout our stay. Everything was spotless, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and the garden is beautiful and relaxing. The views are stunning, and the location is perfect—ideally situated for exploring the Ruta de las Flores region."
