"I always leave very detailed reviews, bcz I feel I stay in so many, I know what is good or expected and what is bad and I truly hope it helps others looking to get a hotel with their decision.. So this hotel has a great score and in a decent area of that town. It is clean & has all the shampoos etc and plenty of nice linens. The hotel is small and the room had nice furnishings. The breakfast was really good too with tons of options. My concerns however are that the hotel has their specific costs listed on their page on Expedia. And we also had called to verify information. We were told there was semi truck parking avail, but we were driving over curbs to pull out. We were also told there was not a deposit and the website for this location says 10 per pet per day.. we budget all the stays so I read EVERYTHING before I hit book. So after we got to the hotel we are then told there is a 100 deposit bcz we booked on Expedia now the pet deposit is 50!! I feel lied to about the fees. The employees were not exactly rude but certainly not friendly or welcoming and it was kind of uncomfortable getting checked in due to their last min up charges. They have a beautiful indoor pool but it is only open 10am to 10 pm. So you can’t really swim before chk out in the mornings, and I had hoped to swim last nite bcz it was about 100 degrees. But bcz it was 9:50i couldn’t do that! I would suggest maybe post after 10pm must be over 18 (for quietness)my stay was a 3 out of 5! Thank you"

"I booked this place thinking it would be fine for just one night. I had a great experience at a Super 8 in the Redwood area before, so I trusted the brand despite the low price. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. If you are traveling with kids, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. The area was quiet at night. However, the room had several issues: the lights, doorknobs, and hairdryer were either missing or broken. There was even a cigarette burn hole in the blanket. The broken doorknob made us feel unsafe at night. This place might be okay for adults looking for a budget stay, but families with children should definitely avoid it."

"Only problem was my android phone cannot connected to hotel wifi. My sister's iPhone had no problem but android bloke connection, not even let me enter the password. Hotel had provided technician phone number, but since I only stay one night, no wifi was not a big problem. I hope hotel can consider it, and fix problem before let customers make that phone call."
