This was a fantastic hotel! Very new so everything clean and up to date. Design and lighting very nice. Bed super comfortable. Room had everything you need (fridge, kettle, good-sized towels). Best hotel experience ever & we’ve stayed in a lot of amazing hotels. Staff was exceptionally caring, spa was included, food with tremendous and location was excellent. Lugano is the most beautiful place in the world.
