"Excellent boutiques hotel in Krakow Old Town. Clean, quiet, well maintained. Minutes to old town main square, dining. Tram stop nearby. Excellent breakfast, air conditioned, nice shower. Plenty of closet space. Hotel Staff is excellent ! Stayed 7 nights and it was perfect!"

"Great location and comfortable stay!
We had a very nice updated room with a convenient kitchenette. Although breakfast buffet was available, we chose not to opt for it. There are several coffee shops nearby and a convenience store right next door. The location is excellent—within walking distance to many restaurants, attractions, and a park."

"Property is immaculate, beautiful and convenient with top-tier service and a 5-star breakfast that should not be missed. Rooms are above average but not perfect. Upgraded room but bit boxy although the lovely, high ceilings give it charm + still able to keep room very cool. Also, took a few days to not get water everywhere during shower + lighting option in bathroom are too bright. Still, excellent, highly recommended, experience and I cannot emphasize enough: do not miss breakfast!!!!!!!!"

"Our stay at Hotel Polski Pod Bialym Orem for a week was excellent! The staff at the hotel was fantastic! The doorman and front desk gentleman were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. "Brilliant hotel. We had a lovely welcome by the lady on reception after a long journey and arriving much later than we were due to. We were tired , but the lady made the check in seamless and couldn't do any more to make us feel really welcome.
The room, even though it was one of the road facing rooms, was extremely quiet, as the road is not one that has passing traffic so extremely quiet, and borders on to the park that circles the old town.
We did have a problem with the air conditioning,...

"We were met by Julia at the reception desk. She was very helpful.The apartment is beautiful! No expense has been spared to decorate it with gorgeous antique furniture. Krokow main square is a few minutes walk. If you open the windows the room is filled with the noise of people enjoying life and the horses clip clop by. Close the windows and you hear nothing from the street. I highly recommend this place. "

"Excellent apt with spacious rooms and huge bathroom. Online check-in was easy and staff was available by Whatsapp and onsite. It is a10-min walking from the main train station and 10 mins walk to the old town. It is on a quite street and very safe to walk around. There is a farmer market right next and super market stores are all over the area. The big shopping mail next to the train station is 10-min walking distance. A perfect stay in Krakow. "

"Stylish and chic. Rooftop is amazing. Room was large and very nice but a bit dark. Breakfast staff were a bit slow. Gym was hot and limited. But I really enjoyed my stay here. "

"This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in for many reasons, excellent location, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, clean & comfy suite, but most of all the staff, second to none! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a day tour booked which was cancelled at short notice, guest manager Krzysztof arranged tickets for us and saved the day.
