"The property from outside & inside is Very used. It is typical of that Ownership groups, cut corners to save money. Our room carpet was filthy we didn't realize till we took a white washcloth w water & bottoms of feet turned black I think from workers Boots & help not vacuuming or carpet shampoo.
The breakfast was Minimal typical again of Owner type.

"Hotel was relatively clean. Shower was stained with dirt. Bedding could be improved, worn. Breakfast was not edible. Look nice but was cold and frozen in taste. Not bad but, not special either."
"The front desk ladies were wonderful and did everything they could to make sure our stay was great. Once checked in I went to the room the bed had been made but pillows had not been put on. I then went to the restroom -- floor had not really been swept, and shower products had not been put back into place. The toilet would not flush either. I went back to the front desk and let them know about the toilet. The sweet young lady tried calling someone for help. She finally asked if she could go take a look at the problem. She fixed the toilet (thank goodness). The hotel was totally booked. In fact, they over sold rooms and people showed up to not have rooms. So glad we checked in early. Bed slept great but housekeeping could use some help."
"Pleasant motel - Not the neatest.
Not a bad place, as with lots of places like this, they are cheap & cheerful, but could do with some TLC. But I think post COVID with increased costs everywhere it isn't easy.
Half bath had a bad go of sealing the cracks in it.
Bit the room was clean and tidy, bit rough around the edges.
We were room 42. Rooms 42-46 had me pipework from the toilets running in front of the steps. It's plastic pipe and not painted yellow. You have to step over it, then straight away step back up the 2 stairs to the room - not good for less mobile people and anyone at night!
But, it's not a horrendous place to stay."
"The building is ran down The rooms as well. Walks are dirty, cigarette stains on the bathtub and bedding. No hair dryer toilet leaked. Very little breakfast items. Parking lot has big pot holes. Pool is empty and Gym is locked. The pictures are not what it looks like and the amenities are not true."
"Front entrance is good as most hotels are. Rooms have paint and ceiling falling, mold in shower, mold on walls by sink, electrical plugs are extremely old and worn out. They barley hold anything in them. Electrical covers missing from plugs which is a risk of kids or someone electrocuting themselves, main metal support that holds roof up is completely rusted out, surprisingly it has not falling and hurt or killed someone. Shower has holes in plastic walls where I'm sure water is running in and creating mold behind walls. I booked a double queen bed and they have full size beds they are passing off as queen size. Ac had to be set to 66° just to keep it somewhat cool in the room. The pool was the only clean part of the hotel.
This place need a contractor to do MAJOR work, NOT the landlords handle man special. Caulking does NOT fix everything!
Instead of Priding yourself on the hot breakfast of microwave bacon and powder scramble eggs, save that 40$ it cost and start doing the major Renovations your hotel needs. You charge on the top end of normal hotel prices when you should only be charging 35$ a night with how bad your rooms, and hotel is. You want more guests to stay, then fix the place and all the issues. If you treat your hotel like a Crackhead then expect the guests to do the same!"
