My family and I had a great stay. It was quiet…the neighbors were friendly with each other. It’s close to a lot of shopping, dining, package store, urgent care. This hotel does provide your towels and rags but you are on your own with pots/pans, cleaning your linen, getting more tissue etc. The staff do visit your room within the first 48hrs for things they may to note to fix or whatever (the guy was very polite and professional) Our housekeeper visit us once to change a/c unit filter and make sure everything was good. She was very kind.

I booked 8 nights at InTown Suites Extended Stay Louisville KY (Northeast) but had to leave after just 3 due to fleas in the room—one was literally jumping on my 5-month-old baby's face. This was horrifying and completely unacceptable. I reported it to the front desk, but the staff offered no help or refund. The room was clearly not properly cleaned, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. I strongly advise others to avoid this property.

They failed to honor the reservation, and informed me they're would still be a charge on my card as "I" would have to cancel the reservation (when they did not have the room available) after the time had passed that I could do so without penalty. Staff was rude and dismissive.

Description needs clarification

The room was clean, but we had to look at 3 rooms to find one that didn't smell like tobacco smoke. I think it should be stated that although the room has a refrigerator, oven and microwave, there are no dishes, bowls, eating utensils or pans. There are also no hangers. The one soap that was provided was very small and got used up before the week was up.

Good Option For Longer Business Stays

Two of my team members stayed here for a three week trip. Good location and friendly staff. Everything was clean and updated. Would recommend for a longer stay where a kitchen is more essential.

Overall, a nice stay

The manager was wonderful, an absolute angel! The staff was very friendly and curteous! Our room was clean and comfortable. The property was very clean and well maintained. The only issues we had were that dishes and cooking pans were not provided as the listing stated, we had to buy our own, there was a heavy marajuana odor outside and while going to and from our room, and there was a steep price increase from week 1 to week 3 of our stay, about $100 more per week, even though the room price showed as being the same, fees and taxes increased steeply.
