cauchemar

séjour en famille avec deux enfants en bas âge (9mois et 4 ans), conditions inacceptables, un cauchemar. Nous sommes partis après la première nuit malgré une réservation de deux nuits et personne répond à notre demande de remboursement du deuxième petit déjeuner réglé en avance.

hôtel sobre et modeste

Pas de tv accès wifi introuvable escalier pour accéder au premier étage puis ascenseur tapisserie en mauvaise état la fenêtre,mauvaise isolation (la laisser ouverte revient au meme). Le lit est collé à la fenêtre chasse d'eau toilette coule en permanence.

l'hôtelier a commencé par dire que j'avais annulé ma réservation. Puis il a fini par me donner une chb soi disant + gde que celle que j'avais réservé. Or cette chb n'est autre qu'un dortoir de 4 lits très bruyant, où les sanitaires fuyaient et les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas.

Non encouraging

The room was not clean and ready on time. Also, it wasn't clean and smelled bad all the time. We heard noises all night long. Also. We booked a room for 4 but we arrived and got surprised to get 2 rooms of 2 saying that ours wasn't available.

Siamo andati a lourdes come pellegrini e purtroppo abbiamo prenotato da casa su internet 1 camera tripla all'hotel Marial. Abbiamo prenotato in questo hotel valutando il prezzo buono e la vicinanza al Santuario,ma purtroppo all'arrivo ci siamo subito resi conto dello squallore della struttura.La hall sembra l'antro di una spelonca anche abbastanza sporca,all'arrivo la camera non era pronta e quando c'è l'hanno fatta vedere siamo rimasti delusi era piuttosto piccola di come avevamo prenotato e il coperchio del wc era anche rotto e ballava tutto,abbiamo segnalato la cosa e scusandosi ci hanno detto che l'avrebbero cambiato ma cosi' non è stato. Noi avevamo prenotato 1 camera tripla,la dimensione della camera era piccola e le coperte non erano molto pulite, igieniche... Meno male che abbiamo pernottato solo 3 notti e ci limitavamo a dormire e a fare la doccia tutto il resto colazioni pranzi e cene andavamo in altre strutture.Potrei continuare nelle note negative ma mi fermo qui dicendo non andate in questo hotel anche perchè abbiamo visto che con pochi euro in più nella stessa zona ci sono strutture molto più accoglienti e curate. Comunque tutto sommato abbiamo passato delle belle giornate a Lourdes!! :-)

Sejour d'une nuit

Nous avons été accueilli par la receptionniste qui nous a tres gentiment expliqué les stationnements ainsi que le fonctionnement de l'hotel. Nous avons pu choisir entre deux chambres. En revanche, la chambre ne possedait pas de rideaux occultants... Assez genant en été...

mon premiers escale à LOURDES

Bon séjour près de la grotte hôtel le moins cher seul bémol pas internet, clim et tv dans la chambre pour la clim c'est pas trop nécessaire parce à haute Pyrénées il fait froid et pour ceux qui s' ennuient de tv et internet, sortez c'est tellement magnifique LOURDES !!!!!
