je suis arrivée à la residence soleil personne pour nous accueillir j 'etais comme dans une résidence fantome après plusieurs coups de téléphones une dame m'indique ou trouver la clè de la chambre sans aucune information après ma premiere sortie je reviens à la résidence impossible d'entrer tout est fermé c'est un enfant qui jouait devant qui m a expliqué comment faire j étais dégoutée alors que dans la ville il y a des hotels à plus bas pris et je précise des hotels

Chambre bruyante la nuit du aux bruits du frigidaire qui se met en route souvent plus le bruit infernal du coffret électrique, du coup nous avons pas dormis de la nuit😡très mauvaise insonorisation. Enfin très déçus !

Son alojamiento limpios pero sin grandes alardes. Bastante normales. El aire acondicionado no nos funcionó bien, lo cual provocó que tuviéramos que abrir la ventana y nos atacara algún mosquito que otro. El servicio de recepción ha sido agradable pero sólo es de unas pocas horas de mañana y otras tantas por la tarde.

Es muy comodo. Tiene una nevera y pequeña cocina y el apartamento puede acomodar a 2 adultos y dos niños. El baño espacioso, facil de aparcar el coche totalmente gratuito. De allí puedes recorrer todo Lourdes caminando. Las personas muy amables y el precio muy razonable.

Stanza ampia pulita letti comodi, in 4 giorni ho dovuto rifare tutto io ( letti, bagno, spazzare) non so se è per via del covid o se è la politica dell albergo. Necessità di sbattere la porta per chiuderla e ciò creava rumori delle varie stanze.

L’appartement n’était pas très propre (sol et frigo) Un lit n’était pas fait du coup les petits déjeuners nous ont été offerts (point positif) sauf que c’était dans un autre établissement situé à plus de 800 m (par temps de pluie) et il n’y avait ni pain ni viennoiseries quand nous sommes arrivés (pas cuit).

Quel dommage, on se demande s’il y a du personnel pour faire le ménage, surtout en cette periode de Covid 19. Sol sale, murs sales et poussière sur les objets du quotidien... c’est effrayant. Pas de personne pour répondre au téléphone dans l’après-midi. Par contre, accueil sympathique du monsieur qui répond à l’interphone le soir après 21:00.

Una estafa.

Estafa, llegas al hotel después de haber reservado y pagado la habitación a la hora que aún tenía que haber alguien allí y en el hotel no había nadie. Llamas por teléfono al número que pone en la puerta y está apagado. Llamo a hotels.com y no me dan solución, de hecho al final tras cuatro llamadas y más de una hora me dicen que los llame al cabo de una hora. Por supuesto la devolución del dinero y unas disculpas las sigo esperando, tanto por parte del hotel como de Hotels.com

Résidence médiocre et horrible

Résidence médiocre, chambre salle, cuisine Mal équipée, mauvaise odeur dans le frigo,  salle de bain dégoûtant et odeur nauséabonde dans les wc. Le personnel et le directeur ne sont pas acceuillants et pas le sens des relations. Long séjour du 18 décembre 2019 au 28 décembre pour les fêtes de Noël, nous avons dû écourter notre séjour de 3 jours avant la fin sur 7 nuits nous n'avons dormi que 2 nuits. Car impossible de dormir, chambre non insonorisée située au 1er étage, la 1ére nuit impossible de dormir trop bruyant ( voisins étage au-dessus, côté route passage des clients bruyants à la réception  à toute heure et literie de très mauvaise qualité. Le lendemain, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, réponse du directeur complet mais la literie a été changer. Le 4ème et 5ème jours de 20h00 à 00h30 toujours le même problème de bruit étage au dessus, personne à la réception il faut appelé l'hôtel à côté pour informé bruit.( le telephone de la chambre fonctionne pas). Le lendemain on prévient à nouveau le directeur il nous dit qu'il peux nous installer au 5ème mais lit séparé, non merci !!!! Bcar en 20 ans de mariage jamais dormi séparément. On décide de partir pas même un mot d'excuse du directeur qui s'en foutait de nos  soucis. De plus le ménage du 4ème jour fait mais pas d'aspirateur de passer. Cette résidence nous à gâcher nos fêtes de noël et notre pèlerinage au sanctuaire. On ne vous le recommande pas malgré son pas prix.
