"By far the best hotel I've stayed in! The location is ideal and so close to local shops/restaurants, Times Sq, Broadway etc. Various subway locations just walking distance also. We arrived at 1.30pm and were able to check in and refresh before heading out. The staff were friendly and welcoming, also very helpful with questions. I would highly reccomend this hotel!"

"I would give zero stars if I could. Do NOT stay at Hotel Henri NY. I was overcharged by more than $1,000, and after months of trying to get this corrected, I still have not received a refund.
I have contacted them repeatedly, and the lack of accountability is shocking. Management has completely refused to communicate with me—no callbacks, no real responses, nothing. It’s been months of being ignored over a very serious billing issue.
This isn’t just bad customer service—it feels outright...

"The room was a good size with a nice bathroom - all very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good but the restaurant is fairly small and so it can get very busy. Staff were very helpful and made me feel very welcome. The only slight issue was with the lift - it’s a fairly busy hotel with 40+ floors and just 3 lifts. This did mean a fair amount of waiting on lifts but I guess it can’t be helped given the size of the building. All in all - a good stay. Would recommend."
