"It was okay, but there seemed to be some renovation work going on at the hotel. Because of that, not all services were available. Also, breakfast wasn’t served at 7:30 – nobody was there yet. It was set up later, which made us almost late for an appointment."

"Das Hotel liegt ideal in der Innenstadt von Bottrop. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend eine Sanierung. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Das ganze Bett war voller Haare die man beim Putzen nicht übersehen kann! Das Personal hat mir sofort ein neues Zimmer gegeben, wo man den Service hervorheben muss. Bei dem zweiten Zimmer war der Mülleimer nicht gelehrt und die Duschvorhänge müssten dringend mal ausgetauscht werden! Fazit: Für eine Nacht...
