"Check in was smooth and no complications. Couple of the facilities were not available at the time fitness center, and however, they gave a voucher to go to an alternative location if needed. Breakfast set up is quite organized and well presented options were good. laundry facilities was also kept up and no real wait for using any of the machines Location of the hotel, relatively close to the central business district on top of the hill. "Just incredible. When you pay good money for accomodation the service doesn’t always match. But the staff here are simply incredible. There is nothing we can say about improving as it was as good as it gets! "

"This property is more for younger travellers. My husband has mobility issues so we needed to change the assigned room. Although the restaurant was fine, it really wasn’t to our taste. Not as adventurous as we once were. Would have nice to be able to get basic eggs on toast."
