"The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Taking the shuttle to the airport is easy, and while the shuttle driver was friendly, he never offered to help me with my luggage while I was getting on the shuttle, nor when I was getting off the shuttle. While I’m capable of doing many things myself, I’m a “senior” woman and only had 1 carry-on suitcase, so it would’ve been nice if we would have offered some assistance."

"Property was nice however, the air was not working that great in the room so we were a little hot all night. Also this is the first hotel I have been in with NO window!! This was the worst part. "We had a wonderful stay at The Viv Hotel in Anaheim! The staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and willingness to help made our stay so much more enjoyable.
