"I’m honestly very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. For a place that presents itself as a full-service resort, the lack of basic amenities is frustrating. One of the biggest issues is that there is no room service available at night unless you’re staying on the 9th or 10th floor—which already costs more. What makes it worse is that they don’t even offer the option to pay extra for room service if you’re on a different floor. That kind of restriction feels unnecessary and inconvenient, especially for guests who expect flexibility during their stay. The food overall was just average—nothing memorable or worth going out of your way for. On top of that, there’s no 24-hour sports bar or late-night food option anywhere on the resort, which really limits what you can do in the evenings. For the price and expectations of a resort experience, this fell short. I expected better service, more accessibility, and at least some late-night options. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on my experience."

"Beautiful and clean suite. The staff was friendly and accommodating. You can order taxis from front desk which was very convenient. The view was immaculate and the hotel is right off the beach. No complaints."
