The hotel is great it always looks clean, rooms are clean and comfortable, food was OK it can definitely improve, service is 50/50 you either get a really nice service or someone who looks miserable to be there.

We were a family of four visiting for the first time. The resort was clean, the staff was very accommodating. Few things we noticed not a whole lot of an activities at night. Wish the pool wouldn’t close so early 6:00 pm. Overall, we would stay again. The location was great for watching the planes.

Family of 4 visiting for 1 week. We found the food options wonderful. Kids had lots of options and so did adults. Beach is beautiful and so fun to watch the planes land. I think if you are coming just to stay in a resort for some sun you could certainly find much cheaper all inclusive options but if you specifically want to see SXM this is a great option of a place to stay!
