The room itself came equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, iron/ironing board, bars of soap, and full-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. "We will never return to this hotel unless it undergoes extensive renovation. POSITIVES: it appears the room has new furniture, new vinyl floor and a new bedspread. It has a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and a small cable TV. The hotel was quiet and the bed was marginally comfortable. The tub was clean, but when the bathroom floor was mopped, large wads of soapy hairballs were left in the corners of the floor. NEGATIVES: there was a thick, offensive smell of cigarette smoke in halls...

"The hallways smelled horrible. Our bedding had stains and one of the blankets was ripped. During checkout the next day, no one was working at the front desk. I waited 15 minutes and called Comfort Suites customer service because I did not want a charge for late checkout. The representative tried calling the hotel and no answer."

"The furniture in the rooms and lobby was torn and stained. Bathtub stoppers were disabled and not able to bathe the children. Staff was not offer any solutions just stating under new management and renovation staff was very dismissive to the customer concerns. Observed staff do the same to other customers. I encouraged customer to write a complaint. Staff would not provide information to corporate. We came for the 4th of July our best ti.e was being away from the hotel."
