"Room is small. Bathroom really small and in bad shape. Towel racks falling off walls"

"The hotel was dirty. We checked in and went to our room. It was a non-smoking room however the hall smelled like smoke. Once in the room there was an overwhelming smell of urine. We checked out 10 minutes later and the hotel refuses to refund our stay, and the manager is never available to speak. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to lose money and want a hassle."

"Overall clean common areas and room. But, the bed linens and the room curtains had big, dark stains on them. The breakfast was mediocre with wet, chunky eggs and a messy bar area. The heat blew out cold air. Traffic is really loud as the hotel is situated right between 2 major roads. The blind in the room was also busted and on the ground. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it."

"The staff was friendly. The hotel appeared clean. The in room refrigerator worked great. The TV was very small and not connected to the internet so no streaming. The carpet and decor are in need of repairs. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy. "

We couldn’t get in to the room we were first assigned due to the card reader not working properly. The room we were moved to had a phone that did not work & possible mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. There were no vending machines "
