It was conveniently located and the beds were ok. But the air conditioner barely put out tepid air at best. It was sweltering in the room as well as outside the room because of the indoor pool It approximated jungle humidity.

Expedia booked several people rooms here and this place isnt even open. Then refunds are not available for at least 7-10 business days and if they could find rooms we were expected to pay for another room out of pocket again.

Filthy. Do not stay at the Hub in Lubbock! Sleep in your car it will be cleaner and bath in roadside restrooms they are cleaner and the employees don’t make excuses for the filth.

Crap hole

No microwave or hairdryer, there was a cockroach in the room. It was rundown and overpriced, the pictures on the site must be 15 years old. One of the exit doors was broken, people were smoking in the pool area and putting their butts out on the pool side and left them there.

This place is disgusting. It smelled like smoke. There were ashes in the bureau, and the toilet paper holder ripped off the wall. Drunk folks roaming around outside made me nervous. I didn’t even have a top sheet on my bed and I’m pretty sure the comforters weren’t washed. I had a hole in mine and a bug came crawling out of the hole in the comforter. I was horrified. We left immediately and went somewhere else.

Everything about the property was substandard. Even the fitted sheet on the bed was in shreds.Absolutely no amenities. Definitely not worth $210. for one night! Feel like we were robbed

Never Again

Well we learned a hard lesson, don't wait until the last minute to purchase a hotel on game day! This was the only hotel left in Lubbock and it was not up to our standards. This is the type of hotel we'd stay in when we were broke newlyweds! But we stayed because we drove 100 miles for the game. It was so gross I wouldn't take off my socks to walk on the bedroom floors. There's obviously drug dealers or prostitutes on the lower level living in the hotel near the hotel bar. The hotel is NOT in a safe neighborhood and we worried about our vehicle all night. There are tweakers/meth heads riding their bikes and going in and out of the lower outside rooms. As a woman, I wouldn't go outside by myself. To each their own. This is not our forte.

The hotel was FILTHY. There were ROACHES, the bedding was dirty, the capret was heavily stained, the tub was full or soap scum and mold around the tub wall-throughout the bathroom. The room had a bad odor. This place should not be open.
