"Loved this place. Very unique location. However ensure to go to Padre Burgos town and take a boat to the resort. If you drive to resort, you won't have opportunities to book boat tours at the resort. The staff was very helpful in accommodating whatever we were interested in eating and dealing with food allergies. They have kayak for rent to go out in the water. Communication is lacking pre-arrival as the booking agency is not responsive by messaging and phone."

"When I arrived, they acted as if I didn't have a reservation. Expedia wouldn't give me the money back, either, so a big big disappointment, this hotel. Good thing I had someplace else to stay!"

"First, things that worked: The view of the lake was fantastic from my room (302). The air con worked great. The hot water heater in the shower worked fine. The Wi-Fi was strong. Breakfast was good. The people were very nice. Things that need improvement: The room is old and needs fixing. The door to the bathroom looks really bad and needs replaced. "We stayed for five nights. The first night we had dinner there. I asked the amount so I could pay,but they just told me “ later and just later”. I completely forgot about it after five days. When our last day of our stay there we still talk with the owner but she never mention that we still have balance to pay. The cook meet us and give us a paper to sign and she didn’t say anything.
