The rooms are not big, but they are efficient, like everything else in Switzerland. Well laid out and comfortable. The hotel itself is in a good area with shopping and dining nearby and a relatively short walk from the train station. Highly recommend.

Very nice place with very decent rooms for the price, loved the location! Walkable from main train station and to almost anything of interest! Very friendly staff and very nice breakfast. Rooms and bathrooms not too big but ok to be comfortable. I recommend it.

Luzern Hotel 🇨🇭

We stayed two nights and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The location of the hotel is perfect and there’s so much to do and see in Luzern. Our room was quiet and comfortable. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant with excellent service and food. All staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great location in old town right by the old bridge. Good simple hotel breakfast. Very small bathroom, some contortion required to squeeze into the shower. Easy distance from station but cobblestones and poor GPS guidance taking us via stairs made it a bit of a challenge.

Great location within walking distance of all attractions great breakfast restaurants for dinner was also great. Reception really helpful as we arrived early and bags were waiting in the room when we got back from sightseeing

The location was very convenient. The rooms were small with no A/C. We had to open the windows to cool down the room, so we heard people from the resteraunts below, workers all night. Then the town bells would ring evey hour. Didnt get much sleep.

The hotel is located in a great spot to walk along the river and all of the waterfront dining. It is also a short walk from the train station. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, simple but tasty and the coffee was amazing. There is no AC but it was explained to us that it is not allowed to install it in a historic building. We opened the windows at night and there was a ceiling fan. There is a restaurant onsite and one next door and you get a 10% discount if you eat at those places. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location Rooms are incredibly small. Bathroom was about 5x5. We paid in full over 3 months ago and heard at least twice of people being “upgraded”. Why not upgrade the people who paid in advance???

The room was clean and the location was great. The employees were quite courteous and the restaurant food was good. However, the room was also quite cramped with the shower being exceptionally small. With no AC we had to open the window. Unfortunately, the noise both from the hotel restaurant and the restaurant next door made so much noise we had to close it and the room became stifling. The restaurants stay open late and then their cleanup lasted until midnight.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location is excellent — close to many restaurants and conveniences. However, the hotel is situated above a shop on a busy street, which can be very noisy at night. There is no air conditioning, so during a heatwave, the room became almost unbearable. Unfortunately, keeping the windows open for ventilation only made the noise worse. Great service and location, but be prepared for potential discomfort in hot weather.
