Good location & breakfast was fine. Room was very basic with one broken / missing nightstand, no TV remote (and nothing provided after asking reception) and no door on the small shower cubicle so it leaked over the bathroom floor.

A very expensive room even for Luzerne. Fan in bathroom very noisy. Good size room and at time of booking only one available. Should have booked flexible rate as cheaper rooms available later. Lesson learned. Breakfast good and plentiful. Easy walk from station.

Our main issue was that the hotel and our room were very hot. Portable AC units were provided but were quite noisy. Additionally, lighting in the room was limited. Lastly, the curtains did not cover the bedroom window fully.
