"Beautiful place and wonderful staff, it was one of the best mini vacations we have had. Gorgeous views in a quiet and natural surroundings. The restaurant has excellent food and service, we will be coming back very soon"

"I gave an okay because of our disappointment with the balcony view. It was awful. Back of the building. Bad enough that we never even sat out there. It was best to leave the curtain closed. Garbage below and the view was old cabins with lots of undesirable stuff. Room#117 Booking 4 months in advance didn’t seem to help. Also this was $400 for two nights. Looking around the hotel there were nice areas like the pool area, wooded areas, even the parking lot or street view would have been better. Can’t say that we will be back or recommend but the lobby and pool area was nice like the pictures. The $20 per night just to park in their parking lot?"

"The interior of the entire resort was clean and inviting. The staff were always smiling and very willing to assist. The bar/restaurant and coffee shop provided great food and drink options. The exterior (paint and stuff) is needing a bit of TLC. Location is perfect. Views between the beautiful trees was quite nice. Just a few steps downhill to the village with lots of food, drink, and shopping options. There's no reason we feel we wouldn't stay there again."

"Hard to say how it would have been but I arrived and they said that I canceled my reservations, which I did not. I got a feeling that they wanted me to check in with a higher rate. Seems like it should have been easy to resolve. All they would have to do is say they would honor the rate that was reserved thru Expedia."
