"WiFi wasn’t working for entire stay. Staff member told me it had been down and would be fixed in 2 hours but wasn’t. Room was freezing, heating didn’t work. Staff brought me an electric heater but this struggled to warm the room. Sheets were coarse and uncomfortable. Room was extremely noisy. Made 2 noise complaints about a neighbouring room. Staff came and spoke to them but noise did not stop. Walls were paper thin. Got very poor sleep, and did not feel I got value for my money. Staff were very...

"Fantastic last minute stay and so reasonably priced. Spa/Pool facilities were great. No Jacuzzi but the hot beds were a treat and very dark and relaxing atmosphere. Room was a nice size. Stunning view from our window. Would definitely return "
