"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"They claim that they have a free parking and there wasn't. Had asked for it queen bed and they give us two separate beds for people who are in their honeymoon. The pillows felt like they were filled with cardboard. The staff were not present and when I called them they said if you don't like it you can leave. There was a shared balcony that Lord the privacy of the guests because people were walking in the balcony and they could look into your room. The mattress was hard. Very very poor quality it was not worth more than 30 bucks a night."

"We were very fortunate to have a room in the front with a wonderful lake view. The hotel is comfortable older property, but the room and bathroom were large and spotless. Location is excellent, right next to the bus stop close to the town. Restaurant is excellent. Only negative is the absence of a grab bar in the bathtub/shower."
