"IMMACULATE. Do not hesitate on booking this one. This was seriously the greatest hotel experience I have had in my entire life. As a Chattanooga resident, I can honestly say that this is absolutely the best hotel to stay at for the perfect Chattanooga experience. The hotel room was so cozy a comfortable that I truly did not want to leave. The pool and courtyards were beautiful. The train cars and easy access to EVERYTHING at the Choo Choo made everything so easy and just had the coolest vibe...

"We were unable to get into the room ( passcode did not work)and because of cell reception we did not get message from property manager. We were in town for wedding and had to stay at another hotel. Manager has not offered to reimburse our payment even though they knew we were having issues. We called several times and texted the number given when having the access issue and nobody answered."

"Very interesting this was a humanist check-in. Nobody on site, but everything was impeccable. I’m not very good with stuff like this and they made it so easy very impressed. Lovely lovely location."

"The entire facility needs to be redone. Lots of things are falling apart. Walls needs to be repaired starting in the lobby and inside of room. The outlet covers in the room were broken, there were two toothbrushes stuck in the drain in the sink. The smell in the room was so bad, couldn’t tell exactly if it was from water leaks or the fridge was too scared to open it."

"Our room smelt like cigarettes. There were long black hairs on the shower and door. The floor wasn’t swept in the bathroom. The room looked nothing like the pictures. There was no carpet. Overall it was hard to breathe In there because the air was thick and we didn’t get a good nights rest. Also for the record I did send a message to the front desk after check in. Ashley came out and made sure we had a spot. Above and beyond. We now have our Go To hotel when we come to town. Thanks for a great experience."
