"Very convenient location right off of highway and away from the crowds. We stayed during the week so it was very quiet with a nice view of the mountains from the parking lot. Beds were comfy but that bathroom was crazy tiny lol. Good stay for the price. "

"The WORST service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The check in process took 39 minutes and I still don’t even know why. The girl at the front desk (young, blonde girl) was the least helpful any human could be. I kid you not, anything I asked her for she said no and did not offer any alternatives..just no we don’t have that or no we can’t do that for you. Then to top it off, the lady “helping” with the breakfast buffet was extremely rude to my kids and me. We took yogurt out of the fridge and...

"The breakfast was ok. I assumed when you had a Continental breakfast, there would be scrambled eggs, toast and bacon or sausage with it, but if you wanted that you had to pay for it. I guess the Hotels in Tennessee only serve cereal, bagels, apples, juice and coffee. Everything else was great except the breakfast."

"A hotel that doesn’t have water is just dumb. Elevators still don’t work, the ceiling was all peeling. The only reason to stay here is the location is good "

"If Very friendly Morning Staff and cleaning crew are super nice (night shift receptionist is not approachable/helpful), clean breakfast and welcome area, clean room,(pool looks dirty though) walking distance to fast food is a plus specially when traveling with children"

"We stayed one night at General Bragg Inn & Suites and the next morning we found live cockroaches on the bathroom vanity, on the walls and floors. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Definitely will not recommend!"

"Friendly staff and the place is in the middle of doing some upgrades. I smoke and I’m glad that this is only one of a very few motels that has smoking rooms, which is a lot more convenient than having to go outside or smoke in your vehicle. You feel like you can relax here without having to go outside every few hours."
