"Staff was very kind and helpful. I love her energy. Feel safe, we parked in the gated resort compound. The location is very convenient to the historical site and many famous temples. There are bikes at the resort for use freely but the neighborhood dogs kept chasing us. LOL. We ate outside as there were plenty of options for us to choose. "This hotel is set on stunning grounds, beautiful buildings, friendly staff. Major setbacks for such a stunning hotel, by appearance. Shower water was only tolerable, it was cold. The buffet breakfast, supposed to be hot, was totally cold. There was absolutely no attempts to keep it hot or warm. The room refrigerator was pathetic, i couldn't find a temperature adjustment, it didn't keep things much colder than room temperature. Extremely disappointed by something that looked so beautiful "
