"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Aira Boutique Hotel in Hanoi. The hotel is modern, stylish, and feels like a quiet oasis in the heart of the busy city. We especially loved the rooftop pool and being able to order drinks while relaxing there. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and the staff were very helpful in accommodating food allergies and no-pork. The Vietnamese food from room service was also absolutely delicious. The location was perfect, with many of Hanoi’s key attractions within walking distance and Train Street right on your doorstep. The staff were so friendly and always went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable."

"The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the location in the old quarter was good. However, the standard of cleanliness was not what I expected. There was excess mould in the shower, the gurgling sound in the shower drain sounded wrong, the sink didn't look as clean as I would expect, the elevator could use a thorough cleaning, etc. A good cleaning and I would have rated it higher."

"We had a great experience at this hotel! We had first booked another hotel but didn’t love it and found this one at a great price with breakfast included. It was a great choice! From the moment we stepped in, we felt very welcomed by Sofia. We got a welcome drink and snack. Then she personally showed us the room and gave us a sheet with great information about the city. The room was very comfortable for our family of 4 and it had a lot of counter space to put our stuff. It also included glass bottles of water that were refilled every day as well as coffee and tea. It’s nicely decorated. The breakfast had a nice spread of warm items, fresh fruit, bread, yogurt and also included a la carte items like banh mi, pho, eggs etc. The staff was always willing to help. Link in concierge was very attentive both in person and in whatsapp. She provided useful tour information, helped us book a walking tour, and always followed up. On the day of our early departure, they even had breakfast boxes ready for us to take. So very thoughtful! It really felt like coming back home each day. All staff was friendly and attentive and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Highly recommended!"

"Very beautiful small boutique hotel, with very friendly staff. The hotel is very clean. The cleaning staff are always cleaning and they do an exceptional job. The hotel staff always greet you and remember your name. Which adds a very personal touch. No matter how long you are staying at the hotel they will treat you like a VIP.
