"The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't. Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction. All in all, really nice apartment and property."

"Llegué a la hora indicada y no me recibieron. Éramos 13 personas en espera de ubicación. La portería, propietario y administrador de la propiedad argumentaron que no tenían ningún tipo de vínculo con Hotels.com. y que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva. Que para estas fechas el valor era otro y la cantidad mínima de noches eran 4. Cuando pude tener señal ya después de 7 horas de espera Hotels.com me respondió autorizando el reembolso para ubicarme como indemnización en otro hospedaje."
