The Verandah is a very special hotel in a perfect little town. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and wished that we could have stayed longer. It reminded us a little of the hotel in Groundhog day but rather smarter and more historic - staying here forever would certainly be more dream than nightmare. Good, central location

Great location for travellers self driving. 30 mins from Atlanta Airport car rentals 30 mins from Sonia, walking dead tv series. Shops and restaurants within walking distance and 10 minutes drive. Perfect for start or end if using Atlanta international airport.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Comfy bed and good breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful
