"This was such a great hotel. He staff could not be nicer or more helpful. Everyone we encountered was fabulous but the two young women on the evening shift were amazing. They could not have been more helpful or interested in our holiday adventures. Pure gold. "
" The hotel is overall okay for the price, but there are a few things to be aware of.
The rooms are a bit outdated and could be cleaner – there was some dust, and the bathroom door paint is peeling. The walls are quite thin, so it can get noisy. Especially in the afternoons when tour buses arrive, it becomes quite loud and sometimes continues into the night, which affects the overall calm atmosphere.
On the positive side, the parking is a big advantage – it’s included, located directly in front of the rooms, and monitored by cameras, which makes it feel safe. The hotel is also located in a quiet, forest-like area, which is nice. There are shops and a city center nearby.
There is no restaurant in the hotel, but you can easily order food like pizza. We didn’t end up taking the train to Amsterdam because getting to the station requires a bus and the total cost for multiple people becomes quite expensive.
Overall, for the price, it’s acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement. I recomend"
"The family room was a great size with 4 single beds and plenty of storage space.
The free onsite parking was very helpful (and the underground parking useful on the first evening when there was a big match at the football ground nearby).
It wasn’t entirely clear from our Expedia booking that our rate was room only, so I was a little surprised to need to pay for breakfast on our first morning - this was very tasty but quite pricy!"
