"The staff were polite and friendly, especially the young lady who ran through our room facilities. The car park at the rear was a bonus to be off the main road. The room was generally very clean, just some stains on part of the showers grout and dust behind the bed. The room was warm and comfortable with a set of drawers as a wardrobe wouldn't fit. "There was a lack of communication on how to access the property. We had to call to get the instructions from the number that was on the door and they didn’t seem aware that we had even booked. We’ve finished our stay and there is still no response to our messages. Wi-Fi wasn’t working. The cleanliness could be improved (moldy food left in the fridge and cobwebs).
