Staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was good and was complimentary for one day if you join their free membership club. The property itself was clean but the area immediately around it was not, which is to be expected with a busy downtown area. Very close to lots of shopping and attractions

The room was comfortable and spacious with a kitchenette. Despite being very close to the busy Mercière street, it was really quiet as we faced the courtyard area. We love how easy it was to get anywhere from there. They offered breakfast for 14 euros but we were not inspired by the selection so we instead just got a few things from a nearby mini market that we ate in our room. The only thing we didn’t like was the musty smell when we get in the room. We had to leave the window open for a little while to air it out.

A very convenient location with lots of space and in-room amenities. This is very utilitarian place that will serve you and family well. The decor and ambiance is somewhat lacking and the lighting is very stark in the hallways…kind of like entering a spaceship. But the rooms are completely adequate and the bed comfortable. The lobby features a comfortable and bright sitting area with complimentary coffee.

Great aparthotel property which was very comfortable, good bed, bath amenities nice, windows open, small fridge, laundry on property, courtyard, friendly helpful staff, fun lively area with great variety of restaurants. The room was spotless and even though it was in the heart of the city, it was very quiet. The front desk staff were great. Snehe(hope I have it correct) was so helpful and patient. She took the time to explain everything to us, have us some tips with the mao of the area about where things were and very patiently explained how to get to the train.

Overall, facility was pretty nice. The bed was a little bit uncomfortable and we’re pretty sure it gave us contact dermatitis. The plastic sheet they put over the mattress kept coming off and we did get some bumps/ almost like bug bits… on our upper back and neck. We were a little concerned they but they did go away after we left the hotel so it was definitely something with that bed, and room/ location.

Centrally located, lots of bars and restaurants around. A bit loud - with many young people singing together till midnight but added to the charm 😀 We had an apartment on the 8th floor and could sleep with our windows open on a Saturday night. Sunday night was quiet. One bedroom apartment was quite spacious.Front desk staff were helpful. Walkable - could walk to the old town and the funicular station. Property did not have parking but Parking Celestines is close and good well lit underground parking with spacious parking spots.

Our studio room with kitchens was spacious. The only drawback is that it was the first floor and non air conditioned. Fine with the window open but stuffy at night when the window was closed to prevent street noise. Staff great , check in check out trouble free. Excellent location.
