"Worst stay ever Patio door wouldn’t lock Staff left their keys in our lock all day which meant anyone could access our room. Room smelled of sewage. Horrible experience We actually left in the middle of the night. Zero correspondence with the staff."

"Chambre propre et bien aménagée, située au 1er étage. Petit déjeuner copieux. Suggestion d'ajout : amandes, noisettes ou noix... Eau fraîche à l'arrivée aurait été appreciée par ce temps de canicule mais pas grave car chambre climatisée. Merci. Àu plaisir."

"Hier verbleven in verband met werk, dus gekozen op locatie en weten dat het niet heel luxe zou zijn. Het was goed warm en in de kamers geen airco. Dat is tegenvallend. Ontbijt is heel basic. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam."

"El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, si al caso no me gustó que los taxis Uber no te puedan recoger justo enfrente del hotel pero eso no es culpa del mismo. El hotel es bonito, súper cómodo y ante todo su personal muy amable, de aquí en adelante buscaré quedarme en los hoteles de esta cadena, muchas felicidades a Pullman Hotel!"

"I went with my 2 kids. We booked connecting rooms with a door between the rooms. The rooms are perfect. The personnel was very friendly and sufficient in English (my French is not that great at this stage). We booked here several times and will book again next time"

"The property was very nice. My only issue was that the air conditioning failed to cool the room during a heat wave. The staff said they would get the Technician to make the necessary repairs but it wasn’t fixed. The staff gave us a fan which helped but that wasn’t enough. Upon checkout they applied a slight discount to our room bill. With the exception of the air conditioning failure the stay was fantastic."

"We had a very enjoyable stay here. Close to the metro to get to the centre and lots of bakeries, restaurants and shops near. Great, clean accomodation with comfy beds."

"Great location, amazing food and restaurant staff. Rooms average, but did what we needed. The Spa is small and an additional charge, we only paid for 1 hour and that was plenty of time. Reception staff were a big let down, difficult to deal with and not very accommodating or gracious, so that put a downer on the stay!"
