"Surprisingly solid hotel & excellent service. I expected a basic hotel, rooms were pretty basic, but worked great for us as we were mostly on the go. However, the full bar service, restaurant, and excellent staff service was a lovely unexpected bonus."

"We had an excellent two day stay at the Bedford which was very conveniently situated for all our activities. A very comfortable bedroom and spotless bathroom, very friendly helpful staff. We didn't have the breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel."

"The location of this hotel is excellent. The bar area is nice and they have music almost every night. Rooms offer a hot pot to make tea or coffee. You can go to the cafe to get milk for your coffee. There is no bottle water left in the room which most hotels have. "

"This hotel was lovely. Room was spacious and it had a pot to boil water and coffee and tea bags. It’s within a reasonable walk to the Belfast central terminal for a bus/train. I had a suitcase so the staff called me a taxi. "

"The staff were excellent. When the power went off in our room, they were quick to place us in another room, also giving us a complimentary beverage. The lounge downstairs was a welcoming place to sit, and we even brought in our own food to enjoy in the booths in the rear of the lounge. The only negative was the music they played was a little on the loud side."

"Th hotel was ideally placed for what we wanted. We were visiting our granddaughter at Queen’s University. It was clean and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious quiet and had everything we required. We did not have breakfast there but we did have coffee. The service was excellent."

"Hotel is in a great location, breakfast was good although it gets busy, reception staff on check in was fantastic. Downside, no wine selection in bar, they had run out. Some room maintenance is needed. Noisy rooms from traffic so you couldn’t have windows open. Heating is centrally controlled giving no ability to switch on in evening. Overall, not as good as I expected."
