"This was my first stay at Shangri-La, and the exceptional customer service made it truly memorable. The staff consistently went above and beyond—from helping us settle into our room and promptly delivering ice and glasses, to accommodating a late checkout. They also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Shang Palace when the restaurant was fully booked, allowing us to experience its exceptional Cantonese cuisine. Every request was handled quickly, warmly, and professionally. After this experience, I will definitely stay at Shangri-La again. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special."

Unfortunately, there appeared to be inconsistency in the information provided regarding breakfast pricing. We were led to believe there was only one breakfast rate and were not told about the discounted pre-arranged breakfast option. This resulted in a difference of around HKD 200 for two people. Clearer communication about available pricing options would be appreciated."
