"The bed was comfortable, the pool was a fun diversion, and the Hammam was professional. Generally, the place needs better air flow as it seems they have a bit of a mold problem. Maybe it was just my room because the air vent in the bathroom didn’t work. With windows open it was cool but you hear the street noise. The AC didn’t exist—it was only a fan. Be warned that the breakfast is very much a Moroccan breakfast—the patisseries are good, but otherwise there’s not much for American/European...

"This is a lovely hotel in city that otherwise is not that lovely. We had excellent service from the concierge and appreciated that. The staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed drinks at their bar and lunch at the restaurant. We also enjoyed the pool area. The hot tub was not working but the pool itself was very warm. "

"We were dropped off by our driver and kindly welcomed inside. We were then brought to our room by a staff member. We expressed to the front desk how we wanted a driver to take us around the highlights within Casablanca. This was arranged for us.
