"My stay wasn't quite what I expected. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I thought it could have been. Upon entry to the room, the smell wasn't fresh. The halls wreaked of a pungent odor. They appeared to be at full capacity so I didn't go back to the front desk. I Typically stay at this location for the cleanliness. Not sure if it made a difference but that 4th floor was not the best."

So, I had to take a picture.Three pictures, front and two ,two sides. I asked why the picures and I was told this is what we have to do for checkin and their were no keys. You had to be let in by the the personal at the front decks. Their was know one to help me. Wwhen the first person showed up she tried to help but her keys did not work.
