"The breakfast buffet and lunch buffet were excellent. Our server Luisa was most helpful and provided travel tips that were invaluable. Allan, in the concierge area was also helpful. Although the hotel is on the older side, the renovations are well done and the detailing (I.e, paintings, carved wood finishes, lobby centrepieces, etc.) are all top notch. "

"Beautiful property, location and staff. Very clean and comfortable. There are not too many eateries close by, though 5 guys the hamburger place in B1 is brilliant... best burgers i have ever tasted. The cleaners are very prompt and efficient. Overall a very enjoyable stay. The hotel has a well stocked supermarket in the basement and the Swan Restarant has a superb buffet breakfast for $218HK. My only gripe is that there is no bar, but you can buy alcohol in the supermarket."
