Was a little disconcerted to find we were actually staying in the house with the owner, an unknown experience for us. Julie was very friendly & helpful. "It was a lovely stay. The area is quiet and close (5-10 minutes walk) to Brooklands tram stop and a few minutes walk from shops and cafes. The area is also safe at night. The hotel owner/manager/staff are extremely friendly and kind and generous. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The shower was good and spacious.
