"Stayed for 3 nights. We received a warm welcome on arrival. Room was attractive, and of a good size, and the provision of bottled water in the room was a lovely touch. Well stocked hospitality tray too. Bathroom was well appointed. Only issue we had was that when showering after 9.30 pm, the hot water only came out as luke warm; by morning it was lovely and hot. "Overall our two nights were good room and property were very clean and there's a kitchen for food. A couple of points would be to have a blind on the bathroom door window mainly because the morning light comes in and wound add more privacy. Also we found the mattresses uncomfortable and springy so didn't get a great sleep but its a lovely property and would stay again if beds were comfier "

"There are numerous easy going scenic walks to be enjoyed at this location which makes the stay at Ash Farm worthwhile. Our room and especially the bathroom was clean, well appointed and quiet with a garden view. Our only qualm was that the breakfast incurred and additional per person charge.
