The Hotel seems to have a large number of rooms which is not compatible for the only 3 (yes, three) slow elevators. It should be noted that 1 elevator appeared to be broken, so only 2 functioning). When I was there, the Hotel seemed to be fully-booked, which made me take the stairs up and down from the 5th floor as the elevator line was huge to be waited. Moreover, the breakfast was a nightmare for both guests and Im sure for the staff as well. Food was missing on the buffet because of the capacity, a waiting line outside the restaurant because of lack of tables, at some point no coffee cups and plates. Last: the pool. It is such a small pool for a booked hotel that if everyone decided to swim at the same time, clearly that wouldn’t be possible to happen because it wouldn’t fit.

Para quem busca um excelente "custo x benefício", seguramente essa é a melhor opção. O hotel é amplo, confortável, com a possibilidade de se hospedar em quarto com vista para o mar, um café da manhã de ótima qualidade (dentro da categoria do hotel), a aproximadamente 10 minutos de carro da orla da praia de Pajuçara, etc. Os pontos "negativos" são: (i) a praia de frente ao hotel não é a melhor opção para banho; (ii) a região oferece poucas opções de restaurantes (para quem deseja ir a pé); (iii) a vagas de estacionamento são estreitas, o que requer muita atenção ao estacionar; Recomendo a hospedagem.

Hotel muito bom, ótima estadia. Só não fiquei super satisfeita pois reservei com almoço e jantar e não me informaram que o almoço cada dia só seria 2 opções (menu do chef) de entrada, prato principal e sobremesa. O restaurante tinha um cardápio perfeito, mas teria q pagar por fora! Eu que reservei com a refeição incluída fiquei limitada as “opções do chef” algumas não foram do meu agrado.

No check-in a atendente Andressa foi bem descortês, atendeu de forma ríspida, não ofereceu um segundo cartão de entrada do quarto para minha esposa, nem os vouchers de toalha da piscina. Não ofereceu uma cortesia gratuita que foi oferecida a todos os hóspedes para um "day use" no Beach Clube Lontra. O café da manhã tinha um cabelo nos ovos mexidos e foi mostrados aos garçons do buffet, e no outro dia tinha uma mosca no bolo com cobretura de goiaba. O estacionamento de difícil acesso numa rua estreita e portão não abre todo oferecendo risco para um carro de grande porte ser arranhado além da sujeira e barulho no estacionamento. Não voltaria.
