This hotel is very nice. The breakfast is great and they serve it at a very convenient time! Although contacting the hotel over WhatsApp was slightly tricky, once we arrived, they were very attentive. They very kindly decorated the room for my partners birthday and gave him a sweet treat, which made our trip extra special! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a special stay near a wonder of the world.

Comfortable room, decent shower. They accommodated our breakfast time so we could get in line for the bus in time for our 8 a.m. entry to Machu Pichu. They also had massage on site, but we did not have time for that, sadly. Tip: if you are not traveling light, they will transfer your luggage to/from the station for 35 soles. Totally worth it, because you have to walk up the hill to get there!

El chek in fue algo lento y tuvimos que esperar las habitaciones son pequeñas especialmente el baño, el desayuno si estuvo bueno solo que algo temprano, ideal si tienes tours muy temprano pero no si quieres descansar hasta tarde, tuve problemas con el agua caliente pero tuve que esperar para bañarme buena ubicación a los baños termales, cansado para subir y bajar desde la plaza

El primer cuarto que nos dieron no estaba limpio, las sabanas estaban manchadas y todo olia a guardado. Con el segundo cuarto fue igual. El agua de la ducha era fria. El desayuno nunca fue remplazado, entonces si no eres de los primeros lo que queda ( que es poco) esta seco
