Enjoyed bonfire and s'mores on beach after exploring during the day, very relaxing with a great night time view of the bridge. The room was great, clean and comfortable. The property was beautiful. We didn't get to do it, but I loved that they had bonfires available on the beach and they gave out s'mores packages!!! Very nice touch! The staff was excellent and very helpful as well.

This is a perfect hotel to stay at when you'd like to prioritize relaxing over the tourist stuff in the city. Just far enough away to have some quiet but close enough you can still enjoy downtown Mackinac. The staff was extremely helpful, I had a tv issue happen fairly late at night and one of the employees fixed it almost immediately. Would stay here every time i'm in the area.

What a great place. It felt more like a B & B than a motel! The room was simple but clean and comfortable. Having a small porch overlooking the lake was great. The fire pits and S’mores at nite on the beach were relaxing. We were there a day after Labor Day…the parking lot was full every nite while all the other lodgings were nearly empty! That says a lot!

Several fire rings lit along the beach each night. Beach is rocky in the water. We didn’t swim there; Nice, big indoor pool w hot tub. Balcony view amazing. Friendly, accommodating staff. Free shuttle to ferry. Good breakfast. What more could you want?!

This is an amazing spot- quiet and just a mile off the touristy strip. Beach is great- rocky underfoot but clear. The staff is what really set it apart. What an amazing group of caring and personable team members. The attention to details and making us feel like we belonged - they genuinely wanted us to have a great vacation (and reminded us several times that they are happy to help us do so!) We loved the room, the multiple fire pits, the s’more kits- just amazing. Thank you to the wonderful team.

Great property away from the super touristy spots. Little beach with fire pits. Welcome staff was great. Outside is well maintained with beautiful landscaping. Our room was ok. The bathroom was outdated and shower leaked consistently. It was expensive given that it was Labor Day weekend, but all places were marked up. We stayed one night on our way to the UP. Overall a cute spot, but bathrooms could use some updating for the price.
